Pickup is also available from Dubai Cruise Terminal (Port Rashid) and major shopping malls upon request. Important Notes: • Pickup from airports is not available. • Pickup from Sharjah, Jebel Ali, or other emirates may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to booking. • Exact pickup time will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp after booking (typically between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM depending on season and location). • Guests should be ready at their hotel lobby 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.
